Our Mission

The Haven Nature Play & Education aims to provide children with a learning environment that supports a sense of self and autonomy. We are a child-led space that is based on building connections to self, others and our environment. We offer opportunities for learning that focus on learning from each other and from nature.

Our Vision

At The Haven Nature Play & Education, we value connection and building relationships between children, facilitators and families and creating community. We believe that children learn best when they are able to freely express themselves, are an equal and active part in their learning and when in a safe environment. We aim to offer children the opportunity to create a sense of empowerment within themselves through conscious education. We believe that we are all life-long learners and can all learn from each other which is why we believe in building community within and being an active part in the wider community, bringing together a wide range of skills and learning opportunities.
